This case was a challenge , for two reasons,1. the crown is broken completely and there is ginival bleeding.2.less clearance b coz of supra eruption of opposing upper tooth.
but the post and core buildup worked out well and the patient opted for ametal crown ,so it is placed.

see this case , the patient is 27 years of age with severe class 2 malocclusion, with fanning of anterior teeth,two of them already discoloured. the patient had marriage in three months. orthognathic surgery is ruled out as the patient doesnt want it.we have devised a two step trt,
1. orthodontic correction or protruded teeth
2.zirconium crowns in 13 to 23, which is acting both as retention device and gives aesthetic corection of disoloured teeth.
