simple #scaling saves teeth from falling

lots of people think getting their cleaned by the dentist makes it weak.this is the biggest and most frequent myth I encounter in my practice. for example see this case ...where the patient refused scaling for years despite lot of calculus. atlast she trusted my word and that made her teeth shining

This case was a challenge , for two reasons,1. the crown is broken completely and there is ginival bleeding.2.less clearance b coz of supra eruption of opposing upper tooth.
but the post and core buildup worked out well and the patient opted for ametal crown ,so it is placed.
